Returns and Exchanges

When returning products please do the following: (A) Contact us first to obtain a returns number, returns address & product images; and (B) Return your product with a note including details of your name, returns number, contact details, order reference number and the reason why you either: (i) wish to return your product or cancel your order; or (ii) the reason why you believe your product is faulty.
Doing this will assist us in giving you a quicker reply when we receive the product and organise a possible replacement. Your product must be returned unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. Please therefore keep the original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your product. Please use similar protection that will provide similar protection as your product must be received by us “as new” and in a condition for resale.
Return costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product & mentioned details. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until we safely receive them. Where the delivery of an order is refused, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to us.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

From Customers End:- Order cancellation is acceptable only within 12 hours of purchase, after that we do not Entertain any Cancellations for orders crossed 12 hours of the order time. The amount will be reversed back in 5-7 working days.

From Glad2Me End:- We are dispatching all products after checking quality & functionality. But if product stock found damage in the warehouse or misplaced/delayed by manufacturer/damage during shipping/quality issue then order will be cancelled from our end, Information of cancellation will be shared over customers mail/msg/whatsapp. The amount will be reversed back in 5-7 working days.

Returns Policy

We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.

What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.

We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to customersupport@glad2me.com  with pictures of the broken/damaged product. But if the delivery person comes with damaged packing then refuse to collect the delivery at the same time.

But I opened the seal. Will you take it back?

NO we will NOT take back a purchase if you’ve opened the seal.

Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage, Glad2me will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes – e.g. if you ordered a pack of 6 pens, but you now want a pack of 12 and wish to exchange it – Glad2me would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

All above return or exchange policy only applicable if it is mentioned on specific products specification (on Glad2me website). If product coming under No return category then No return/Exchange will be applicable after order.
